StockmaX
facilitates the on-going management of all parts and materials, whilst
promoting a saving in total goods value. Stock can be managed corporately
or by individual location, warehouse, rack/aisle and to separate bin
locations.
StockmaX
automatically manages stock levels to reflect physical stock, allocated
stock, on order balance and free stock levels and will prompt the user
when stock levels fall to a pre-determined level. StockmaX
also operates across multiple warehouses recording such details as
location, shelf life, re-order levels, price information, dimensional
data, certification and heat and cast numbers, where applicable.
Full transactional history
(receipts, issues, returns, adjustments and transfers) and audit trails
are maintained.

interface automatically (if required) with
ProcuremaX
for the receiving of parts and material into inventory based on purchase
order and goods receipt information located within
ProcuremaX.
Features within StockmaX
also enable the automatic identification of pre-defined stock levels being
reached. This is to initiate a re-order situation and invoke the
pre-requisitioning facility within
ProcuremaX.
A pre-requisitioning situation is required to ensure that trends
identified within StockmaX are reflective of the current and
future part / stock requirements.
Both StockmaX and ProcuremaX
can operate independently or interface with existing systems as required.
